Winter Park Online Store Shipping Policy

Timeline

After placing an order, there may be a delay of 3-5 business days, or in some cases even longer, to ship the order out. We can not offer a guarantee of delivery date timeline after the order is shipped. 

 

Liability

We ship all orders through USPS, and once the order is dropped off with USPS, we are not responsible for shipping times, delays, lost packages, etc. USPS is entirely responsible for the status of the order while in transit and delivery. 

 

Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid USPS shipping address. If the delivery fails and the order is returned to us, the order will be fully refunded, minus the cost of shipping, and the customer will need to place a new order through our online retail portal.
